We're looking for a Junior IT Help Desk to join our People Team and help us scale the company. Your mission will be to provide excellent IT support to Sequra's community to ensure a great employee experience. How your day to day would look like… 🧐

  • Provide IT support and convey resolutions to employee issues, on-site or remotely, escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Prepare and deliver IT equipment, in addition to, ensuring the correct maintenance and good performance.
  • Setup and manage user accounts in the company systems.
  • Manage and maintain all the IT related office infrastructure (networking, audiovisuals, etc).
  • Maintain an accurate IT inventory.
  • Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed employees’ expectations.
  • Help the team create a Knowledge Base and recommend improvements and procedure modifications.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects from the People team.

You’ll be a good fit if you have… 🙂

  • 1 – 2 years of experience providing IT Support.
  • Hands-on experience with IT equipment (laptops, mobile phones, tablets and videoconference systems).
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Google Workspace, Office 365, VoIP and antivirus policies.
  • Possess working knowledge in some tools: Mikrotik and Ubiquiti.
  • Experience using and managing a ticket-based enterprise workflow management system, particularly JIRA, it’s a plus.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Team player with strong organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
